2.3 Dati di navigazione e interazione
Indirizzo IP, browser, pagine visitate, orari, durata della visita, click sul bottone WhatsApp del chatbot, identificativo di sessione anonimo (UUID) salvato nel browser.
2.4 Dati conversazione chatbot
Testo dei messaggi scambiati con l'assistente virtuale, salvato in forma aggregata e collegato esclusivamente al UUID di sessione. Conservazione: 24 mesi.

Il sito include un assistente virtuale automatizzato basato su modelli di linguaggio (LLM). Il messaggio è processato da un modello locale su server europeo per la cache e, in caso di domande nuove, da OpenAI gpt-4o-mini (USA) come responsabile esterno. I messaggi non vengono usati per addestrare i modelli.
Base giuridica: art. 6.1.b GDPR. L'utente può sempre rivolgersi direttamente al titolare via email/WhatsApp.

3. Procedura di prenotazione
La richiesta inviata tramite il sito non costituisce conferma: la stessa diviene vincolante solo con conferma scritta del Gestore e previo eventuale acconto.
4. Prezzi e pagamento
I prezzi sono in Euro, esclusa l'imposta di soggiorno (§ 9). Acconto nella misura indicata nella conferma entro il termine ivi indicato dalla conferma; saldo secondo quanto indicato nella conferma.
5. Modifica e cancellazione
La politica specifica viene comunicata all'atto della conferma. In sua mancanza si applicano le condizioni standard di seguito.
Oltre 30 giorni prima del check-in: rimborso integrale;
Da 30 a 15 giorni prima: trattenuta 50%;
Meno di 15 giorni o no-show: trattenuta integrale.
6. Check-in, check-out, documenti
Check-in: 15:00;
Check-out: entro 10:00;
Documento d'identità obbligatorio per ogni ospite (art. 109 TULPS);
Il numero di ospiti deve rispettare la capacità dichiarata.
7. Obblighi di soggiorno
L'Ospite utilizza la struttura con diligenza (art. 1176 c.c.), rispetta la quiete, il divieto di fumo interno e custodisce le chiavi. Animali: No.
8. Responsabilità
L'Ospite risponde in solido col gruppo per i danni. Il Gestore non risponde per oggetti incustoditi, interruzioni di servizi esterni, forza maggiore.
9. Imposta di soggiorno
Ove istituita, è dovuta dal Cliente secondo il regolamento comunale e corrisposta al Gestore quale agente contabile.
10. Assistente virtuale (chatbot)
Le risposte del chatbot hanno natura informativa e non sostituiscono la conferma scritta del Gestore.
11. Foro competente e legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Per i Clienti consumatori si applicano gli art. 33 e ss. D.Lgs. 206/2005.
12. Trattamento dati
Disciplinato dalla Privacy Policy, parte integrante delle presenti Condizioni.
Le presenti Condizioni costituiscono accordo integrale tra le parti.
